Biography
Dr. LoConte is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the UW Section of Geriatrics. He received his medical degree at the University of Illinois, and completed his residency at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon. He completed fellowship training in palliative medicine and geriatric medicine at the University of Wisconsin. Dr. LoConte also completed a MEDAL Teaching Program at the University of Wisconsin. He is one of the Medical Director at HospiceCare Inc. in Dane County, the Director of Palliative Medicine at the VA Hospital, and Co-Director of the UW Palliative Medicine Fellowship Program.Search Matthew LoConte's literature abstracts on PubMed
