Nephrology Teaching

Dr. Moorthy teaches a classThe mission of the section of Nephrology at UW-Madison includes a strong tradition of commitment to teaching and education. In addition to training fellows to excel in both academic nephrology and private practice, the section helps train medical students and medical residents in the pathophysiology, diagnosis, and management of the full spectrum of renal diseases, including chronic kidney disease, end-stage renal disease, complicated hypertension, metabolic stone disease, transplantation, and fluid, electrolyte, and acid-base disorders.
