Year Three Absences
- Excused Absence - Please refer to the OASIS website under 'notices' in the forms section for the excused absence request. Once you have filled out the request send it to the Internal Medicine Administrator listed on the form. All requests for time off will only be approved by the clerkship directors in the department of medicine. No approval for time off will be approved nor granted by your ward or clinic staff physician, resident or site directors.
