Helpdesk Services


Helpdesk provides centralized computer support services, ordering, and consultations for professional technology needs within the Department of Medicine and paid clients. The helpdesk staff will coordinate, prioritize, and delegate requests from customers to the team as appropriate. Service requests are documented within an in-house application. The helpdesk is staffed Monday through Friday, 7:00a.m. to 4:30p.m.
