Physician, General Internal Medicine

UW Health and the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Heath, a leading academic health system located in beautiful Madison, Wisconsin, seeks qualified candidates BE/BC in Internal Medicine for a variety of clinical faculty positions in the section of General Internal Medicine. Full and part-time positions are available. The University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics and Meriter Hospital are both utilized by our faculty. Hospitalists services are available at both our hospital facilities.

Qualifications

MD or DO; BE/BC Internal Medicine

Principal duties include:

  • Ambulatory Care or Ambulatory/Inpatient care
  • Practicing in a team model of care
  • Teaching medical students and residents within the context of clinical care
  • Participating in department and section meetings
  • Participating on committees and attending conferences
