A growing volume of clinical electrophysiology procedures are performed in the newly equipped VA EP Lab, including permanent pacemaker and ICD implantations, programmed ventricular stimulation studies and complex ablations.

Pacemaker and ICD follow-up clinics are held each Wednesday. Pacemaker surveillance is conducted in collaboration with the Washington, DC, VAMC National Pacemaker Surveillance Center.
