Highway Map

To get to UW Hospital and Clinics building:

• UW Hospital and Clinics is located at 600 Highland Avenue, Madison, Wisconsin, at the West end of the UW-Madison campus.
• From the East:Follow University Avenue to Campus Drive. From Campus Drive, take the Highland Avenue exit. Take a right at the light onto Highland Avenue. Go through one stop light and follow signs to the UW Hospital and Clinics parking ramp on your left.
• From the West:Follow University Avenue towards campus/downtown. When the road changes into Campus Drive, stay in the right and split off onto Old University Avenue. Take a left at the first stoplight, Highland Ave. Go through 2 stoplights and follow the signs to UW Hospital and Clinics parking ramp.

From the parking ramp:

Follow the parking ramp signs to the main hospital/clinics entrance. Once inside the hospital, follow the signs and the brown path known as “Main Street” on the 2nd floor (which is the floor you entered on) to the “H” elevators. If you are unable to find the “H” elevators, please ask for assistance at the main information desk which is located just inside the doors you entered from. Take one of the “H” elevators to the 5th floor. After exiting the elevator on the 5th floor take a left and proceed through the doors. Once you are through the doors continue on the hallway to your left. Turn right into the first hallway. Beginning with the second office on the right, our office, H4/587 is located on the left hand side of this hallway.
